Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
(AYM)

"After the life changing training with Kusumji this therapeutic work has helped me to explore the new dimensions of life…"

Jagruti Patel

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is one of the important disciplines of Ayurveda and Yoga together. It is a unique combination of Yoga stretches and Ayurvedic massage developed by the eminent master Kusum Modak from Pune, India who has devoted her entire life to evolve and spread this work. She has combined her knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga to invent this unique therapy.

Health, according to Ayurveda, is a state of balance where mind, body and environment are in harmony. If any of these three components is out of balance, the body’s natural resistance is lowered and the door is open to disease. AYM helps to bring back this in harmony however, does not aim to treat the symptoms of the disease but gets the root cause of it.
