NRITYA ♦ DANCE
Classical dance performances usually feature a story about good and evil. The entire dance is traditionally presented in a dramatic manner called Nritya, which uses facial expressions and mudrāshand gestures to narrate the story and to demonstrate concepts such as particular objects, weather, aspects of nature, and innermost emotions. Nritya Yoga is devoted to offer joy and realize benefits of the very art of DANCING! Prominent dance forms that are used are Bharata Natyam and Kathak.

Jagruti Patel, a graduate from South Gujarat University is based out of Pune, India. Since early childhood, having participated in singing Gujarati folk songs and dancing in Garba, revealed her immense gift of DANCE. Now, She is a well trained expert in the two prominent Indian Classical Dance forms viz. Bharata Natyam and Kathak for over a decade. She has choreographed and performed in several dance events based on Indian Classical, Semi-Classical, Free Style, Fusion and Folk in Pune, India.

“I am immensely grateful to my Master & Teachers for their trust, love and blessings which always inspires me..”, exclaims Jagruti.
She has also participated in various Meditation Techniques and Groups designed by OSHO since her early childhood. After devoting her life for learning and sharing her understanding of the Ayurvedic Yoga Massage by Master Kusum Modak since a decade, she offers Massage Sessions and conducts AYM trainings in various countries including Thailand, Europe, South Africa, Brazil as well as India.
